This 6-part traditional preprinted  2-up forms set includes; Employer 
Copy A (federal, red scannable), D (file), and 1(state) and Employee Copy B 
(federal), C (file), and 2 (state). The set also includes 5 W3 transmittal forms 
and self-seal compatible envelopes.


All 8 ½” x 11” sheets are printed on 20# laser paper with no side 
perforation. This set is fully compliant with our W2 Mate - W2 Software and Payroll Mate - Payroll Software  and most other tax form preparation software. 


Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Order the 
quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file, you’ll get 
all of the necessary forms.
